**That is the price of the in-house agent.** It is written in the names your team uses. Anybody can argue with the arithmetic in money. This list is harder.

## The model, in the open

The seats the agent takes include the work that never ends: maintaining, adjusting and reviewing what it answers. The twelve features are an editable example rather than a measurement, and the board fills the quarters in order with the agent first, which is exactly what happens when it enters the plan.

## How to read it

* Write your real features in before moving anything. The tool is worth the names it expels, and a real name is harder to argue with than a number.
* The agent goes into the board first, not last. That is not a quirk of the simulation: it is what happens when something is approved as a project and stays as a system.
* Drop the capacity to two features a quarter, which is a genuinely small team, and look at how much of the year is left outside.
