# The six tests, with a score

Six concrete things to write to a WhatsApp, yours or that of a vendor selling you something. Check what happened in each and the score says what is really on the other side. It takes five minutes and needs nobody to show you anything.

Try it on your WhatsApp or a vendor's and check what happened.

#### Rule-based chatbot

It works if the universe of inquiries is small and stable. For varied inquiries or ones that need customer data, it will fall short.
